Delivery Information

Shipping destinations

For now we ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Netherlands, Germany, France, Great Britain, Croatia, Ireland, Sweden, Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal and Poland.

If you would like our products to be shipped to any other country, please contact our customer service: customerservice@erdensen.com

All of our orders are shipped from Poland, EU.


Shipping times

We offer two types of shipping*:

1. 24h shipping

2. 2-5 days shipping

*If your order is placed before 12pm CET+1 (Monday to Friday) —it will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm CET+1 (or on weekends) will be dispatched on the following business day.


Tracking your parcel

Once you order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.

Order damaged in transit

If your order has been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us by email (customerservice@erdensen.com).  Please write us your order details and send pictures of the damaged item.

We accept debit and credit card paments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Alipay.


Returns & Refunds

How can I return my purchase?

We do refunds for all products returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition (the urn must stay unopened). If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact us by email: customerservice@erdensen.com.

All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (PayPal or Braintree).


Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email: customerservice@erdensen.com.

We will be happy to help you, however, please keep in mind that we cannot do this for any order that have already been processed.
