Material’s properties

Stainless steel is a hard chemically resistant metal.

The cover can change its colour under the influence of time in the process of natural ageing.

Under the influence of adverse chemical agents present in the environment the rust may appear on the cover.

Care

If you want to be sure that the metal will be well aged, store the urn in a dry place. Do not expose it to adverse chemical factors. Protect the product against sudden temperature changes.

Cleaning

Wipe with a dry paper towel. Do not use deeply penetrating chemistry because it can leave permanent marks.

Restrictions in use

Contact with any greasy substances (including the touch of a hand) can leave a permanent mark on the surface.

Deep scratches may damage the protective galvanic coating and irreversibly damage the product. Scratches do not affect the safety of the ashes stored inside the urn.

Engobe ceramics

Material’s properties

The bottom is made of stoneware ceramics.

Engobe is a matt ceramic cover. It allows for the osmosis of water.

Care

Not required.

Cleaning

Engobe’s rugged surface requires a gentle approach to cleaning.

In order to remove dust, brush lightly over the surface using a soft and clean bristle brush.

Do not clean with water because it may damage the surface.

Restrictions in use

Store the urn in a dry place. Do not expose it to adverse chemical agents. Protect the product from sudden temperature changes.

Protect against moisture.

Please note that ceramic objects may crack under the rapid change in temperature or can be easily broken when dropped or jarred.
